Private 1st and 2nd Mortgages on Residential Real Estate up to 75.00% Loan-to-Value.
Private 1st and 2nd Mortgages on Commercial Real Estate up to 65.00% Loan-to-Value.
Private 1st Mortgages on Vacant Land up to 50.00% Loan-to-Value.

Strata Vesta never uses weighted averages to qualify mortgage investments

based on our investment mandate.

Each individual mortgage Strata Vesta invests in is within its investment mandate.

Strata Vesta always occupies first or second position in all private mortgage investments.

Strata Vesta is always registered on the Title of the mortgage.

Strata Vesta assesses properties only based on their “as-is” value.

Strata Vesta valuations are based on existing zoning and the current state of the lot/property.

Strata Vesta valuations are never calculated based on future value due to potential re-zoning, renovation, or construction.
